On Thursday 1st February, the Green Light Trust came to visit our Forest School site and erected a fantastic parachute for our students!
Green Light Trust are passionate about two key features of life on Earth – the environment we live in and people. They work on projects that involve communities in the restoration of woodland, wild spaces, grassland, wetland, as well as developing and enhancing school and community parks and gardens.
They said of the visit to our school;
“We had a great day yesterday erecting a parachute on site for Gretton School!
It was a little wet and muddy, but think you’ll agree it looks fantastic, and will be well used by the school & the children.
Thank you for having us!”
